Q: How does the resume ordering process work?
A:
Everything will be done via email to make the resume writing process easier and faster. Very simple! You can either upload a draft of your resume, or if you don’t have any resume, you can use our online form or questionnaire to provide us your basic qualifying information. Within 24 hours or less, the resume will be emailed to you. We only charge $67 with our resume writing service. NO hidden fees! If any portion of the resume delivered does not satisfy you, we will revise our work at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Place an order by choosing the right package that you desire here.

Q: I don't have any copy of a resume. How can I proceed?
A:
We have an online questionnaire where you can enter the details. You will be taken to the online questionnaire page after clicking the button under the packages.

Q: I already have a draft of my resume, can you rewrite/help me improve it?
A:
Yes we can! If you have a softcopy of it, you can upload that during the order process.

Q: I don't have a softcopy of my resume, can I fax my current resume to you?
A:
Yes, you can FAX your resume to 1-206-350-6460 and then give us a call or email us at writers@webtechresume.com to let us know you sent a draft of your resume.

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: 24 hours.

Q: I've already written my resume, can you help "tweak" it?
A: Yes we can!-- But we are going to do more than just "tweak" it. Whether you've already written your own version of your resume or not, we still need to invest roughly the same amount of time, labor, and creativity into creating our own "perfect" re-draft. In fact, it sometimes requires MORE work (we don't charge you any more though!) for us to work from your existing resume than it does for us to write a NEW one from scratch.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied?
A: If there is something "imperfect" about your resume, let us know within 30 days of completion and we'll revise it at no additional charge! We cannot offer refunds due to the laborious nature of our craft but we will work hard to ensure that you're happy. And, indeed, very few clients have EVER requested ANY sort of revision over the years! We strive to impress YOU....and prospective employers.

Q: How can I be sure in the quality of your resume writing service?
A: We do not use resume writing software or beginners to create your resume. All our resume writers are certified with YEARS of experience providing unique, and customized resumes for our customers. Still not convinced? See our samples here.
