Any and all use of such web pages constitutes the user's agreement to abide by such terms and conditions. Webtech Resume reserves the right to change and amend the Terms at any time, by posting the changes and/or amendments on this web site. A user agrees to any and all changes and amendments posted herein each and every time a user accesses this site, with each access being equivalent to the user signing his or her concurrence to this agreement.

Price and Availability. The price and availability of products and services offered in this website are subject to change without prior notice.

No Refund Policy. We strictly follow a NO REFUND policy. The customer, by agreeing to pay for any product and/or service, agrees that all aspects of the creation of all products and services offered on this site, including the processes necessary to craft the product and deliver the service to the customer, constitute a set of creative products and services. As such, the customer agrees that all payments for all such creative products and services are final and non-refundable.

30-Day Period for Revisions. Webtech Resume will entertain revisions for any product bought by a customer within 30 days from the submission of the first complete product by Webtech Resume to the client. In the event that a client fails to notify Webtech Resume in writing regarding any requests for product revisions, then Webtech Resume waives its liability to revise that client’s purchased product.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. Webtech Resume uses the information provided by the customer solely for the purpose of creating a resume, and does not share such information with any other third party for any reason whatsoever. By paying for the products and services offered by Webtech Resume, the customer agrees to let Webtech Resume post completed resumes to selected websites with no guarantees or warranties of any kind with regard to job interviews, job placements, and any and all other matters in connection with such postings. All the stipulations under the Warranties Disclaimer and Liability Limitation section below equally apply in this regard.

All the names, contact information, and other information used in the sample resumes all over the website are fictional. In testimonials, the website provides personal information only with the consent of the persons involved.

Any information or material that the customer transmits that is either non-personal or not directly tied to crafting and the delivery of the product or service being bought will be considered non-confidential information, for which Webtech Resume retains rights for use, reproduction, performance, modification, transmission, and distribution. Customer also agrees to acknowledge the right of

Webtech Resume to make free use of any ideas, concepts, know-how and techniques transmitted by the customer to Webtech Resume that are not directly tied to the crafting and delivery of products and services bought by the customer. That said, Webtech Resume is generally not interested in customer information not directly tied to the crafting and delivery of its products and services.

Credit Card Use. Your credit card account will be managed by PayPal's or authorize.net a certified re-seller's Privacy Policy to ensure maximum security for your credit card processing. Information you disclose to Webtech Resume regarding yourself and your credit card and/or bank account will only be used in accordance with the terms provided by this Privacy Policy. All information you provide must match the card account records provided by the bank that issued your credit card. Card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization and will not be recorded by Webtech Resume. We encourage you to visit http://www.paypal.com or www.authorize.net for more information. Please note that Paypal is an online merchant and authorize.net is an authorized re-seller.

Credit card fraud is a federal crime punishable by heavy fines and imprisonment. Webtech Resume considers fraud as the most serious threat to our business and services. We will charge any fraudulent behavior from our clients to the fullest extent of the law. Webtech Resume automatically records your computer ID, as well as your ISP provider, as a safety measure for our own protection against fraud. Such information will be used by Webtech Resume or other necessary legal entities for prosecution for alleged fraud. Providing false information regarding your card and/or banking account will be considered and prosecuted as fraud as well as deception.

In the case of a customer breach of this agreement, the customer agrees to pay Webtech Resume the reasonable costs connected with legal proceedings that Webtech Resume may initiate against the customer. Webtech Resume reserves the right to the initiation of such legal proceedings and to the recovery of costs related to such legal actions from customers in breach of this agreement.

Governing Law and Forum Choice. The laws of the state of Washington shall prevail in the enforcement of this agreement . You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of this site, including, but not limited to, your use of the products and services offered on this site, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the state of Washington. You also consent submitting yourself to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the state of Washington when such actions are litigated.
